For international parcels please email info@littleprintcompany.com for a custom Quotation to ship your order.
Parcels are shipped out within 1-3 working days with a 3-4 week delivery period.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their specific country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Exchanges:
We gladly accept exchanges if the incorrect size or print was ordered. Cost of returning order to Contrejour Canvas will be your own responsibility.

We make use of Payfast Secure Online Payment Gateway which you will be directed to upon checkout.

Domestic Courier:
Parcels are shipped out daily within 1-3 working days with a 2-4 working day delivery period in South Africa
For delivery in South Africa we use Fastway Couriers and a standard R100 flat rate is charged for small orders.
For all orders in South Africa over R1000 we offer Free shipping.
Parcels can also be sent to the nearest Postnet counter.
If your order ( the product itself) is damaged in any way at point of delivery please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have received damaged prints, please provide us with photos of the item and waybill within 2 days of delivery.

Packaging:
Depending on print size, prints are shipped flat between strong foamboard in a mailer sachet or rolled in ricepaper in a sturdy tube to prevent
bending and creases.
